Spearheaded by His Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, in partnership with the Pan African Developers and the Government of Ghana, this ambitious project plans to construct 200,000 housing units, addressing the pressing housing deficit in the country.
Located 20 miles from Kumasi, the project will include various amenities and infrastructure designed to create a self-sustaining urban community that reflects the lifestyle and needs of Ghanaians. By fostering economic growth and job creation, the New Kumasi City Project represents a significant step towards enhancing the quality of life for its residents and positioning Ghana as a leader in sustainable development on the African continent.
